Q. hi doctor my baby girl is 17 months old. today on a random notice I identified small cut outside near the anus. since born she has a very small kind of flesh like tail towards upward. I noticed this cut just side of the tail exactly outside of anus. her motion is free since few days and regular too. don't know how and when this happened.
