My child is one year old you can make your child wear proper lowers and thermals and full sleeve T-shirt along with shoes and socks and a cotton cap so that is during the day and in the night you can use a woollen or a cotton body suit with a Hoodie that is going to help because and caps are not advisable while sleeping
