#AsktheExperts hello ma'sm I am a working mother to a 9 monthbold baby..I have joined my office 15 day back and facing a huge dip in my lactation and I can't carry pump to office kindly suggest me what can I do for increasing my milk supply

A. Hello dear parent, well this is natural. If you will feed less then your breast milk production will also go down. The more you will feed, your milk production will also stay intact. You can express milk in the morning before going to the office. If possible then buy a manual breast pump also and pump in the office' washroom. Then store the milk in fridge.
