#asktheexperts Hello ma'am mera naam sakshi hai main ek breastfeeding mother hu mera weight kaafi lose ho gaya hai delivery ke baad aur periods bhi 3-4 baar se 1 hafte pehle aa jaata hai mera weight lose hone ka kya reason hai?

It may happen that you're exerting alot. not eating well.
try to eat properly .
also get blood sugar & thyroid levels checked.
Consult with a physician if medications are required.

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello dear if u r getting periods regularly then don't worry moreover if flow is normal then it's completely fine make sure u r having healthy and nutritional diet if u r having any deficiency take supplements like Iron and Calcium and consult your doctor i think u can get ur thyroid checked
