U Just have a balanced nutritious diet if you have too much of rice also it is not good for you so have more of home-cooked food mostly all vegetables and fruits you can have which are light to digest also since you had a normal delivery then that’s a boon for you you can start working out whatever you like to just don’t go for diet  as of now
