#asktheexperts hello I am having twin babies I am giving both breastfeeding and formula milk so whn should I start Cerelac to them thank you

A. Namaste Mom, Solids are ideally to be introduced from the age of 6 months onwards, you could first initially start with liquid consistency foods from the age of 5 months of age.

A. hello u can start with semi solid n liquid based food after baby complete 6 months and exclusively breastfeed the baby till 6 months n incase not enough then may give infant fm using a bpa free bottle like babyhug
