#asktheexperts hello dr., my baby is 11 months old .He is teething ,what should i do for his oral hygiene. He put all the things into his mouth. How can i deal with this .

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello dear parent yes it happens during teething. massage the gums with clean cotton cloth 3-4 times a day and give a cold silicon based teethers to chew on to your kid.

Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething discomfort. Give frozen carrots or cucumbers to bite and nibble. Give a good branded teether. Give easily digestible homemade foods and keep your baby hydrated all the day.
