Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you can give syrup feri kind m for iron and syrup calciumaX P for calcium supplement This can be discussed with your local doctor where your doctor will give you a correct guidance in a proper way . So more queries and doubts can be cleared after discussing .
