#asktheexperts Hello doc! my daughter is 35 day's old... She is farting frequently... during fart she is having small amount of motion leakage and whenever she's farting she's moving the whole body and having difficulty... is this serious or normal, please let me know

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. leakage of stool while passing flatus is normal. the occurs usually due to decreased musscles strength in the anal sphincter of the child and the strength will improve with increasing age of the child.
so the child may pass stool like wise more than 20 times per day aslso which is totally normal.
