it appears to be allergic cough/cold.
they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such tempersature variations. 
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at leasst one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.
when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine

If things are repetitive then it’s mostly because of some kind of an allergy that your child could be suffering from sun the first place you do need to find out what kind of energy does a recording to Dad only the treaty would be suggested
