Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. vomikind drops to the baby v Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

So A lot of time vomiting can be due to congestion in the chest and throat also since you’re already mentioned that your child is suffering with cold so I think that’s the only reason behind it you can go ahead with giving wikoryl to the child twice a day for three days
