Hello dear 
You might be having stress urinary incontinence and that is why your urine leaking.
You should do
Kegels exercises.
Also consult your gynecologist once for local examination also

All the above complaints may be related to prolapse case so it would be better to get proper examination done by your gynecologist about the situation and also investigate about the Urine Examination and accordingly take the treatment as soon as possible
