#asktheexperts good morning Dear sir/ madam My son Arhan 3 years old kid...for my son which milk mixer powder is better, pediasure or aptagrow ? and one more question is, by using milk mixer powder any serious health issues may be occur?

Most of the powders have a lot of sugar which is my personally I don’t feel very healthy to be given so look for a good option which is healthy and natural which is a dry fruit powder that you can make at home which would be healthy and safe to be given to the child
