#asktheexperts dr my baby has started fifth month and i have twins they both are on formulw feed so when i can start solids

A. dear parent, solids should be introduced only after completion of 6 months even if your twins are on formula. baby's digestive system is not mature till 6 months and hence solids should be avoided until then.
