ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes you have to. Continue iron for at least 3 months and calcium supplements till you are feeding your baby. Also take vit d3 once a week for first 3 to 4 month. your doctor probably will prescribe or advice for same.
