it can be due to many reasons.. without examination its quite difficult to tell anything

Keep Cleaning the eyes of your child on regular basis with a soft cloth otherwise it would be better for you to consult an eye specialist or a paediatrician as they will advise you with the right eye drops that you need to put into the ice to get rid of this issue
