#asktheexperts Doctor, I had my baby 3 months ago through cesarean. I'm suffering from acute back pains and joint pains (specially in fingers). Is it normal to have such pains during first winters post delivery or should I consult a specialist?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Yes it is normal to get a joint pains and back pain and they may continue even for a couple of years after giving birth and doing slight stretching exercises and using pillows might help.
