#asktheexperts currently I am 32 weeks pregnant with twins I just wanted to ask how many hours of bed rest is needed per day ?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. having twins it is not specific when you should rest but it is always advisable to have a mild walk and try to have sitting position at least maximum time as much you can

If you’re pregnancy is going fine then there is no need to take a bed rest but if there is a complication then your doctor only will tell you for how many hours do you need to take your bed and all because without having a proper information correct guidance cannot be provided
