#asktheexperts can we keep my baby in a Ac room while having runny nose or cold...can we turn on the Ac of our room ? My baby is having runny nose but without AC he couldn't sleep because of too much hot weather...he sweats a lot

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. there is no problem in using air conditioner for children as well as newborns but the air current should be slightly away .
you can keep the temperature at around 28 degree celsius to 30 degree celsius.z
one way to know whether the child is feeling cold or not would be by touching the palms soles and ears of the child andz if they are warm the child is warm and comfortable and if they are cold the child is feeling cold.
