ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi, I would advice to give only breast milk to ur baby if ur baby is having gases issue than better to gibe burps ost feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas from tummy.
Practicing tummy time will help.
