you should maintain a habit of brushing your teeth two times a day always.
if you have any dental problem consult with your dentist for routine checkup

Obviously of course you can otherwise your teeth are going to get dirty of course you’ll have to brush the teeth properly there is this some concept that people believe that you should not brush your bed for 7 to 10 days which is absolutely a misconception you should do brushing properly and you should bathe every day
