#asktheexperts can i give fennel seed( saunf) water to a three month old baby?...

A. Dear mum, no, you should not give fennel seed water to your 3 months old baby. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Breast milk fulfils your baby’s hydration needs till 6 months.
