While there is no standard amount of time a woman should wait before returning to regular sexual activities following their delivery. it is best to wait until a doctor says it is safe. Should have gap of at least 3 months so as to avoid complications

U Can do it after 8 to 10 weeks of your Delivery not before that before that it would not be good for you need it is going to be held in any manner after 8 to 10 weeks of delivery whether you have a normal or a C-section delivery you can go ahead with it
