#asktheexperts Alaya doesn't eat much. she doesn't like any Indian food and is only comfortable in eating bread, only dry rice, pancakes, etc. how so I get her to eat vegetable and dal?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. i would suggest you to feed daily roti sabji how much he want.. try to roll the chapati and give to his hand.
Try making rice very soft. Add ghee ov the warm rice, and th en add daal and try feeding.

Feed with other family members.
Give in separate plate to maintain personal identity.
