take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
it will be fine within few months

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal after pregnancy and but sex is more important in a couple life and go for outing and spend more time with your hubby and watch romantic movies and shows.
