Q.

#asktheexperts after c section my back side getting too much pain at injected area to upper aide, and its spread into chest also, so much medicine I have taken and also do exercise but no results. please suggest me

A. If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture take a healthy diet and also do some regular exercise specially back extension exercises to strengthen muscles also you can take calcium and iron supplementsh suggested by your doctor if still you are having weakness and other symgptoms it needs a proper assessment
