A. yes it is ok .Food full of green leafy vegetable and fruit contains most of vitamin and protein sources like paneer soyabean or egg . It is required for proper weight and height gain and also for boosting immunity and good skin and hairs . Protein powder like pediasure can be given to baby after 2 yr of age .
