#asktheexpert , will postnatal belly go away by itself?!! or applying belt At 4th month after delivery will be helpful?!

A. you need exercise. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionyou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

A. hi no ,it will not go away you have to do exercises or yoga regularly eat couple of bites less than usual you can drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
