#asktheexpert why does baby want to feed only one side? Is that his nose is blocked or pain on the left side

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. one sided breastfeeding preference is very common in children but at the same time it is important to give breastfeeding from another breast also otherwise it will lead to abnormal shape of the breast.

s madaanMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. no actually kids do feel comfortable on one side most of the times kids do like this because that side you are getting sufficient amount of milk or the flow of milk is regulated and when they are on the other side they are not comfortable with the feeding because of the position sometimes and sometimes because they are having issues related to getting proper amount of milk until and unless your child is not showing any symptom of ear infection nothing else is the reason
