Sir That your doctor only can tell you why there is a fluid accommodation in the head because there could be a lot of reasons related to eat sometimes it happens during the pregnancy only and it is normally figured out at the time of sonography but still if you could figure it out as of now it would be better that you discuss it with your gynaecologist or your doctor
