Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good evening ! Include protein, iron rich foods in diet - milk, dairy products,egg,dry fruits and nuts, peanuts, goose berry, flaxseeds, jaggery,sweet potato,fish,egg.
Do regular massage with oil .
Castor oil helps in strengthening hair follicle and fast hair growth.
Avoid chemical shampoo use mild shampoo , virgin oil.
