#asktheexpert Which is the best way to give apple to my 8 month baby? steamed and mashed or directly grinded apples.

A. You can make a nice purée or you can actually grind it well and give it to the child please do not steal the fruit you can give milkshake or smoothie that would be a better choice instead of giving it in a steamed format
