#asktheexpert Which is the best time to start exercise to loose post pregnancy weight. Right now my 5months baby is on breastfeed.

A. hi mom to loose weight and tummy u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat low sugar foods and do yoga brisk walk cycling etc

A. If you had a normal delivery then you can go ahead with basic exercises Hardcore is going to reduce down your breast feeding and if you had a C-section delivery then you have to wait until the timer 7-9months let your internal stitches heal completely then you can go for it
