#asktheexpert which exercises are beneficial for normal delivery ? How to take care in first trimester?

A. Write Your Answer Here Even regular walking is more than sufficient and after 34 weeks doing perineal massage might help. As of now if you don’t have any high-risk factors in the first trimester then there is no special treatment or care

U Should do exercising after 5 to 6 months of your delivery O3 months passed because for three months are very crucial and you should never do any kind of exercise during that time you can exercise you can do yoga after 4 to 5 months and that too after consulting the doctor but he’s walking through and through is going to be very helpful
