A. pelvic exercise. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

Its Only said that if your pregnancy and healthy you are not facing any complications and issues that you should try to join prenatal yoga after completing 3 to 4 months of your pregnancy because that way you get all the strength also to have a normal delivery and your body is also fit by the time you deliver the child
