Belt is not of much use Previously when we used to give vertical incision for c section, it was given But it's not harmful either Do some exercises gradually Floor exercises and walk are best Abdominal muscles toning exercises and cardio are good Drink 3-4 litres of water per day Choose healthy foods Go to my website Www.familygynaec.com
