ExpertDr Devanshi MehtaPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi All the milk teeth erupt by 3-3.5 years of age. So wait till then. Brush twice a day using toothbrush and toothpaste. Clean the tongue too. Maintain good oral health.
