A. Hello give all family foods that are freshly prepared at home include all seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, coconut water, chaas, curd , include major food groups avoid fried and left over foods

A. hello in summer you should be giving your child more of fluids in the diet and also avoid spicy food on the diet and more of fruits would also be good for the baby.. give fruits and vegetables rich on water content as it is good for summer to stay hydrated
