Surbhi MalhotraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Just use baby cream or lotion and for redness or winter rashes you can use natural aloe vera. you can use coconut oil for massage before bath. and you can repeat in night also after cleaning the face. Maintain hygiene and avoid too much of clothes
