#asktheexpert what should we do so that baby will eat food without seeing mobile.

Tell some convincing reason like internet is not available or something is wrong with the phone etc and tell instead u will read a story for him while eating. Make it really interesting by showing actions and making voice modulations. Continue it for a week and don't use phone or tablet in front of him. Slowly he will be used to reading books. When u tell something hold on to it. Don't give up seeing his meltdowns or if he not takes food and give the phone. Only if u r stubborn then he will change
