quantity depends on ones appetite.
feed as much ur baby accept happily, never force or distract feed your baby.
can give 1oz water a day

in similar way once then twice and then three times ...
chk the first cry page fr receipes...
around 60 ml of water...
use Babyhug twin handle sipper ...so baby cn hv its own
