#AskTheExpert what should be the diet of a 5month old baby boy as hes having only breastfeed also advise can i have coconut water and curd while breastfeeding

A. good afternoon yes you can have both of these things during breastfeeding there is no problem I would recommend you to make sure that you try to introduce semi solid food only after completion of 6 months
