please take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
take variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc.
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
feed your child on demand.
for good milk supply ,you can take fennel seeds water, jeera water or drumsticks soup.
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight.
maintain good hygiene
