Make home made kadha , also fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables would also be very much helpful to build up their immunity as well .
You also give warm vegetable soups , kichcidi , porridge made with ragi etc , dalia , sago , dals of various kinds , dry fruits and seeds .
Halwa , kheer made with Jaggery or dates etc
