#AskTheExpert What not to eat for new lactating moms, as old people say don't eat fried/junk food, chilli, chhole/rajma/brinjal and some other stuff, they say only eat moong daal/tori/lauki with plain chapati ', medically is it true?

A. hi mom you can have most of the things you should have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu whole pulses can be had sometimes as it may cause flatulence to mother or any discomfort for good quality of milk have liquidy foods and good in protiens so thin gravy vegetables dals soups
