I’m not sure since when your child is having red eyes, but if it is acute, then probably a child is having conjunctivitis, which is nothing but eye infection. You will have to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. It heals in seven days.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl4 months agoA. Irritation infection allergy and a lot of times it is just due to too much of screen time not having proper sleep rubbing the eyes constantly so they could be number of reasons so please check with the doctor once
