Hello ma’am Sometimes the products that you use on the skin can make the skin dry so just be very particular about the kind of super oil that you’re using on to the skin. Apart from that I would like to tell you that NMFE vitamin E cream is really very good to go for it is basically for dry skin issues only so you can use that and for building in the good immunity it would be advisable for you to involve your child into more physical games and activities with which the appetite and growth is going to increase
