You can keep two to three years gap
No need to worry
Maintain hydration
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Maintain hygiene
Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food
Stay hydrated
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium
Offer different varieties of food
