try to maintain proper temperature as children have a weak thermoregulatory mechanism. skin dryness should be avoided .
seasonal flu ze and other Infection should be taken care appropriately .
A good healthy diet and proper vaccination is important as well .
Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Give boiled water (preferably warm water) ,warm Soups,roce starch, turmeric milk,dry fruits Soaked or powder, pepper, garlic which improves immunity power.
Do Vaccination in time as prescribed by Paeditrician which keeps away from virus, common flu.
Put on comfortable clothes (winter wear,head cap, socks, avoid exposing baby to evening, early morning winds.
You can expose to sunlight 7-10 am,3-5pm for vitamin D source.
Avoid cool, frozen foods(heat beating fluids- Barley, citrus fruits juices,curd, buttermilk in evening, nights).
