you can give fresh seasonal fruits and different seed and nut
please give milk or curd
you can give easily digestible food like curd rice and makhana boiled beans poha idli masala dhosa uttapm uapm aloo paratha etc as per your child age
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
